We are pleased to announce that we have now integrated all the Reading Stars Phonics titles into our platform.

Among its many features, Pageticker, our digital reading record, offers tools to assist teachers with adding books to pupils bookstacks based on specific reading or phonics schemes. Recently, we have integrated data to support schools using the Reading Stars Phonics scheme.

What Can You Do with Reading Stars Phonics on Pageticker?

  • Record Reading Progress: Children read their books as usual, and teachers or parents can quickly and easily log their progress on Pageticker with as much detail as they’d like - including fluency metrics such as reading rate, accuracy, expression and comprehension.

  • Teacher Dashboard Insights: Teachers can instantly see the corresponding book band for any title. For example, Fusspot Bill from Reading Stars belongs to the pink band.

  • Intelligent Book Suggestions: When assigning the next book, Pageticker provides smart recommendations, based on what the child has previously read and how they fared. Teachers use these as a guide, and it saves the time of manually going back over records to avoid repeating the same book.
